yesterdey we had a discussion about this type of grill with my brother in law. He loves it but I hate it from the bottom of my heart I was preparing some food for the family but it was a fck pain in the butt. The grill an the burner is perfectly made (solid, properly welded) but I have to say I hate it. -the material (steel) has a terrible heat -hold capibilitiy -even the burners a perfetly made (built to heat in concentric circles) , the heat spreading on a grill is faaar from even. The center close part of the meat already burning until the other end (facing outward) just almost frying. -but my biggest issue is all the delicious meat juce that comes out from a meat durin the frying process will leak down to the middle center and soon or later will sart to burn. -So even it has a 45-50 cm diameter you cannot cook a lot of food efficiently in a same time. Its a kind of tricky-all the time attention required-turn the heat up-down to balance the heat loss grill device.
