@tribolex I used a Dynex monopod you can get at BestBuy and I attached it with the GoPro handle bar mount(you have to attach it to the opposite end of the pole. It's backwards from how the monopod is intended to be used)
Hey Mr JoeyMara, I was wondering if you put anything on the lense to keep the snow from sticking to it? Or is your snow just that dry that it almost doesn't stick? I use a detergent myself, seems to work ok, thought you may be using something.

I do the same thing, except get the GoPro tripod mount and screw it on the mono pod end its its legit!
