UPDATE: so universal have emailed me back asking to send the record back to get a refund! I’ve sent it off and purchased the lilac marble pressing! Hopefully the refund comes in soon! 😅
Hey guess what yesterday my aunt Paula got the white Audio Technica LP60XBT record player from Urban Outfitters in the mail. Last Thursday Urban Outfitters had an off where they took $100 off the record player so I was able to purchase it for her for $159.00. I ordered it for her as a late birthday present
Update: Panic over, all 3 are present and correct. Hopefully UMG get back to you pretty quickly. Not sure if they'll do a full swap and ask you to return it, or just swap out the missing vinyl.
@@RandomGeordie14 neither I have no idea, I still haven’t heard anything but fingers crossed I get a refund as there would be a risk of damage to the disc if they were to just send the one disc I’m missing. I’d rather get a refund and repurchase it! 😭
@@MeganWakefield that is totally understandable. However, a band I’m a fan of, Enter Shikari, recently had a live album go to press and the second disc had pressing error - it skipped at the same point on every side C. They just remastered and repressed that disc and sent it out to everyone who had bought it. I’d guess if a small scale release can do that, something as wide as SN(TV) could easily send a replacement disc and ensure it’s packaged in a way it won’t get damaged. But honestly it is probably easier for them to just send a new sealed copy! Hopefully you get a reply ASAP.
@@RandomGeordie14 yeah I have seen a few people on TikTok with issues with their pressing, just don’t know how big the problem is, I could be a part of a small percentage who got a dodgy record! Hopefully, I’ll give it till the end of the week then email them again!
I haven’t seen that one 😂 I saw someone on TikTok unbox there’s and it’s a complete different album that’s been pressed onto the speak now record!! I think there’s definitely been something wrong in the factory they’re produced in💀😭
Well present album. I am not sure if you know this, make sure you get Polythene sleeves, not PVC sleeves to protect your Taylor Swift release. If you have received a mis-pressing, take photos of the issue and they will send you a replacement. They should cover the postage.
