I knew someone who rode a unmarked police fireblade - he died on duty riding it. Not completely the dream job, very brave I think. Fast and fragile, not fast and furious.

Lights on the front are code 3 Mr6mc’s and the same in the middle of the plate, the two blue dots on the plate are code 3 hide a blasts:)

Never heard of an unmarked police motorcycle before.
The UK has the coolest Police bikes ever!! The US won’t use sport bikes for some reason and I don’t get it, we have so many Harley Davidson’s which are probably the worst police bike out there for what we use them for, they’re relatively slow , don’t maneuver like a sport bike , braking distance is terrible! In a country that has the large percentage of police high speed chases it’d be nice to have sport bikes .

The CBR1000RR is great lightweight race bike and that's it. The police need to get some rugged off-road/on-road enduro bikes that command some respect especially from these unregistered full on MX bikes that ride anywhere they want in Liverpool.

Would be used to greater effect catching bike thieves - the Police know where they operate in Merseyside so start getting them banged up.
It's not uncommon to find police agencies using undercover motorcycles, the police in Japan also use this technique against street racers, motorcycle gangs, etc. They call them "Ninja" units since they ride in all black, groups of 3, and at night making them hard to see. Some US agencies also use undercover police motorcycles for traffic work too.

One of the lights is dipped beam, the other is main beam. Nothing wrong with his lights
supersesqui that standard on a motorcycle. You have a main and dipped beam and so it’s running with normal dipped on which is correct.
mmm..At 0.38 it certainly "looks" like the nearside headlight is not on. I assume both headlights should be ..on at the same time ...and both should be either dipped or main beam at the same time ?
@@supersesqui Motorcycles are only required to have one ''dipped beam'' on at the front. That specific model of bike utilises the standard design of having the right lamp be the low beam and the left lamp being the high beam.
