Hi Rob, you bought it to make a doll cake. The choice is, keep it in the box in a cupboard to be never seen again or make something iconic. You wrap the part that is inserted into the cake with clingfilm and if any cake gets on it it's easy to wash off. Obviously you wont be using the mini dress that is on it so one the cake is complete it can be washed, redressed and put back in the box so I would say go for it.

Hi Rob, as you know I am a huge fan and I love you and your cakes but i'm inclined to say 'No" because where will the cake go? Doesn't the cake go inside the dress on a doll cake? Not sure that works so well with a 'Mini Dress' . You will basically be recreating a replica edible topper figurine, which i'm sure you would do fantastically but couldn't you do that from the picture on the back of the box? I say keep the doll inside the box and reap the rewards of a collectable in later life... I've missed your 10am Sunday uploads, I used to look forward to them every week. What ever you decide, you'll get my support love Kerry xXx

why don’t you try replicate the doll itself into a cake. If that makes sense. would be a challenge but it would be fun 🥰

No no no. Don’t take it out the box! Maybes you could make her completely out of edibles!

Get a cheaper doll and decorate it up to look like Trixie to make the cake. If it has cost you that much and it’s limited edition I would keep it for a bit and then sell it on.
