For context, and spoiler alert:
During season 1, Dewey and Webby were investigating about Della (the triplets' mom) but kept it a secret to avoid hurting Huey and Louie. It wasn't until The Secret(s) Of Castle McDuck when he revealed everything, which in turn, made Huey pissed enough to lash out at him and it also made Louie devastated to the point of crying. Needless to say, Dewey was depressed
Louie is the most sensitive of the triplets. I relate to him.

Louie openly admits when he's scared, when he's stressed, openly cries, and he's even the first to confront that Della being back is complicated for them.
I love the depth they gave him.

He’s the youngest of the triplets but he’s obviously the smartest, and in some ways the most mature.

He's definitely the most socially and emotionally intelligent. He seems to be the only one self-aware enough to deliberately, effectively hide his real feelings and motivations most of the time. He seems really in touch with his feelings compared to Dewey and Huey, given he's always the first to get vulnerable in really serious moments with his brothers- like crying in Last Crash or stabbing right into the emotional core of the problem in Secret(s). He's also the only one to acknowledge any of the more negative feelings when Della came back, which you can either read as cynicism or emotional honesty (given the "it's probably my fault- I've gone so long without a mom, I guess I don't really know how to have one?" I'd guess the latter). He's just... an emotionally sensitive kid with a lot of financial (and other) trauma. I wanna hug him.

I find these moments when we see Louie being the baby triplet very adorable and very emotional. Especially the parts where he is crying. When he found out Dewey had been researching their mom and kept it a secret and he is holding/almost hugging his mothers jacket, my heart just broke.💔 And the moment when he meets his mother for the first time.😢💔
