Fail…

The Fail comes in the fact that the Cleanview BR stopped working, still spins but super loud nothing stuck I took it apart. Went to turn on the Innova for the first time in forever and the brush roll wouldn’t spin. Nothing stuck in there. Belt still intact on both. I don’t know… if anyone has any clue as to how to fix let me know…
