You’re wise beyond your years. My teenage daughter stopped talking to me three years ago😢 and decided at the same time to live full-time with her dad and stepmom. for months after it happened, I reached out to discuss with her to find out what I had done. As a mom I desperately want to apologize and wrong the right if possible. I finally gave up over a year ago trying to reach out and had to move on. To say it has been heartbreaking is an understatement. Hopefully one day she’ll come around.

I know she mentioned briefly on a podcast ep last year that she’s had family & friends w/substance abuse problems, so I just assumed the family was her dad and that’s why she cut contact for a while 🤔
