Bro, one doubt. I am not into the mechanics of this but using simple logic let me put it here. After combustion, the exhaust gas goes out through these pipes or the so called silencer. A db killer is in that exhaust only to reduce the sound because sound pollution is a concern. Question is, why and how does removing db killer affect mileage? Or power of the bike? 🤔 it basically does nothing to the engines working.
Not sure of that sir but the factory setting is best for the bike. And there is no predefined settings. These all settings are explicitly given by youtubers not by jawa engineers

No... No oil leakage. But in service station i saw one bike having leakaga. Mechanics are taking pics of such bikes. As per them such bikes wd be inspected by jawa engineers from company

Mera jawa ka DB killer ko cut karvalia. Avaz bhi jyaada hai.. aur mailge 2-3 kmpl reduce hogaya. 👍 Instead of removing DB killers its better to cut it.

Sir want to know your experience on this, I have booked my jawa duel ABS in the month of September 2019 and showroom had called me in the first week of January 2020 to do formalities , when I inquired had the vehicle arrived there were two answer 1) I am suppose to make the entire payment and then they will order it and will get with 20 plus days and 2)another answer was it is transit and will arrive. got suspicious so kep on hold , request your experience after how many days you got the vehicle by paying entire amount .
I got delivery in 5 days after booking though initially they told me 1 month. Aftrr two days they asked if i could pay bit more (25 to 50k),then they would deliver from the coming lot, (it happens sometime that someone who booked early cannot take delivery due to loan sanction or other financial issue) .. Otherwise from the second lot. I paid 50k and got the bike next two days.
Bhai galath khabar math failaao. DB killer has nothing to do with mileage. Company doesn’t manufacture DB killer with engine. It’s attached to reduce the noise to government regulations that’s it.
@@wanderlustabhijeet As an engineer by profession, I can say that removal of db killers can't reduce milage. Instead the milage should be more as there is no obstruction in the silencer pipe. Generally mufflers obstruct the exhaust gases with which the engine has to put more power to push the gasses out and this resulting low milage. I am riding JAWA classic without db killers for the past seven months and not facing any problems like low milage(36kmpl) and any oil leakage at bend pipe.
Pick up is also not dropped. This must be a psychological feeling. After removal of db killers the exhaust sound is more than the usual sound and this must be dominating the speed /pickup. This is my observation with my JAWA classic.

In Assam Krishnai Jawa Showroom there are tones of db killers remove 😂 I ask them why are there too many db killers remove?? The mechanic told me every one who buys bike from this showroom removes the db killer in first servicing 😂😂 in order to make better sound😂

Also the second issue i faced is its pull! seems like..pickup got impacted and also you won't be able to get top speed with db killers removed..! don't know how but these are the things I noticed! Planning to get the cap fitted soon in my db killers
Nikhil Kumar Exactly bro!! Even I experienced a drop in pickup after db killers were removed. That’s why I got them installed back in its original position.
@@pranay55 I got the default setting back in my jawa yesterday, and I have to say everything now falls right in place. Not sure about the mileage yet but the pull feels great now, and to be frank I like this soothing sound much better now.

The engine needs to be tuned after you remove your db killers , this an SOP adapted by the company, when you get them removed from the jawa work shop.

Yes.. Bike perform well with db killers.. I also faced multiple issue after removing them... So got them reinserted

You must be running in routes where brake and clutch use is less
I have 42 Nebula Blue and Yes milega after removing db killer is around 30 to 33 Kms.
