    Ingredients:
    For The Chicken Marinade:
    - 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    - 1 tablespoon red chili powder
    - 1 tablespoon tikka masala
    - 1 tablespoon chilli flakes
    - 1 tablespoon chilli sauce
    - 1 tablespoon soya sauce
    - 2 tablespoon vinegar
    - Salt, to taste
    For The Coating:
    - 1 KG all-purpose flour
    - 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
    - 1 teaspoon cumin powder
    - 1 teaspoon chat masala
    - Salt, to taste
    Making Burger Sauce:
    - 1 cup mayonnaise
    - 1 teaspoon garlic mince
    - 2 teaspoon chilli sauce
    - 2 teaspoon origano
    - 2 tablespoon garlic ketchup
    Other ingredients:
    - Vegetable oil, for frying
    - Burger buns
    - Mayonnaise
    - Burger sauce
    - Lettuce / Cabbage
    - Cheese slices (optional)
    Instructions:
    1. Begin by marinating the chicken. In a bowl, mix together red chilli powder, tikka masala, chilli flakes, chilli sauce, soya sauce, vinedar and salt. Add the chicken breasts and coat them well with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or preferably overnight for maximum flavor.
    2. In a shallow dish, combine all-purpose flour, red chilli powder, cumin powder, chat masala and salt.
    3. In another bowl, chilled water.
    4. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan or deep fryer over medium-high heat.
    5. Take each marinated chicken breast and coat it first in the dry flour mixture, then dip it into the chilled water, and again coat it in the flour mixture. Make sure the chicken is evenly coated with the flour mixture.
    6. Carefully place the coated chicken breasts into the hot oil and fry until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes per side. Ensure the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
    7. Once cooked, remove the chicken from the oil and place it on a paper towel-lined plate to drain any excess oil.
    8. Toast the burger buns if desired.
    9. Assemble the Best Zinger Burger by spreading mayonnaise and burger sauce (if using) on the bottom half of the bun. Top with lettuce/cabbage, the fried chicken breast, and cheese slices if desired. Place the top half of the bun on top.
