my mum had a similar problem, her phone did NOT have the "do not disturb"feature on, and she could call others just fine but she couldn't receive them. So all I did was just restart the phone and the calls worked again, not sure if this is the proper way to solve it but it works
YOU DONT HAVE TO RESET UR ENTIRE IPHONE JUST RESET THE SETTINGS‼️ It rlly works trust me the incoming call screen wasn’t showing up whenever I got a call and I just reseted my settings and it worked

This problem is easy and you dont have to reset your phone. Dont follow this video. Here's what you have to do. Step 1 go to settings then look for "Do Not Disturb" click on Allow Calls From then set to Everyone. Step 2 click settings again look for Phone click then choose "Announce Calls" then click always. I was in my bosses car coming home from work when my mum called me, and now I can't hear any calls it's like no one is there and the calls are always on mute what do I do. I have turned off the Bluetooth deleted her in Bluetooth and pressed the un-mute. Does anyone have an answer to my problem

Go to settings then phone after that disable a button silence unknown caller and then you’ll get everyone’s call
