I always enjoy watching and listening to this AWESOME Marching band. One can hear the African Rhythms . Their drum beats are so similar to those of the marching band that I played many years ago in the 1960's when I was a high school student in East Orange NJ. Musicianship especially percussion, can reflect the region of the world one comes from. Years ago, East Orange NJ and the other Oranges were a community of families from North Carolina and Virginia.
Snares are crisp!! Percussion section as a whole is super clean. I have followed your percussion line for over 10 years. You are the one of the best marching drum-lines in the country including all Universities. Great job as always A&T. SWAC love!! GRAMBLING 86 ALUM.
Snare drums thanks for playing clean! Also love how the drums sound great tones… Quads sound amazing,Cymbals on fire and bass and tunnel drums great power…..
All of their marching cadences are old they just make subtle changes like visuals or change the sticking slightly that’s how you’re able to tell the difference between different steel generations
This is what I missed out on yesterday!!! I can't wait til I get a little more healthy and they get a grip on this Delta variant and I will be at a game this season...AggiePride #92 !!!!💙💛💙💛 🎺🎷🥁🥁🎺👯♀️👯♀️👯♀️♥️
I love this drumline-always playing fun stuff. If I was younger, I’d love to play quints. The girls styled really en pointe: elegant. Drum majors sharp as always. Great American band❤
Can we got a video of the band marching out of the stands before halftime? Also, quick question if anyone can answer it. Why didn't the band march into the stands after halftime?
@@Gud2CE522 it is a problem in this conference. My son said they cannot play when other team has possession. He said this caused NCAT football team to be given a penalty during game bc of them playing.
@@yasminkelly4352 lol that's a football rule..An opposing band is never suppose to play while the other team has possession. (Some bands will still try it)

I'm not sure how old it is, but I grew up listening to/playing the first two cadences, and the last one, in the 70's. There are some changes to them, but the snare parts are essentially the same. 👍🏾
If youre talking about the very last cadence, its called Star Wars and everybody and their grandma has played it including some pwc's because it came from a disco record. A&T been playin it since the 70's
What happened to the majorettes twirling the batons? 😳? Things have surely changed from back in the day.😂😂😂. .. I’m a MSU grad. Remembering 1966 - 1972ish!
The greatest marching band on earth
