My ancestors were wittness of hundreds of hindus in Karachi who sell their properties in Karachi and sind at their own rates from seperation to mid of fifties and they live in both countries with safety also at least 10 years after partition

Horrors were on both sides, and were started by the Muslims, in Rawalpindi. Most people ran for their lives, they had no choice, they were not sacrificing for religion.
Why would Muslims start violence? They were getting their homeland. It was the hindus whose bhaarat maata was being divided. They were bitter for it.
Because the whole idea of Pakistan was a country for Muslims, not others, just as Israel is for Jews, not others. The others had to be removed. Pakistan is built upon hatred, of Hindus primarily, and also other non-Muslims.

Its a well documented fact that the violence during the partition started in March 1947 in Rawal Pindi, when more than 10,000 innocent Sikhs & Hindus were murdered by Muslim mobs. Everything that happened from that point onwards was a chain reaction to that initial violence. My grandfather (who passed away a few years ago) witnessed that violence firsthand as a teenager in Rawal Pindi.
