This video is so timely for my recent occurrence. I am 75 and have PD (diagnosed in 2019). I experienced on one occasion a very intense hours-long episode of world-swirling vertigo and double vision a day afterward for a few days duration. My family doctor thought that I had a stroke, but I was missing some sure markers and resultant effects. A CT angiogram was not clearly indicative of a stroke. No medication was used to deal with anything. All returned to what it was prior to this incident. I also had a period of orthostatic hypotension, which was addressed by a little reduction in my total daily levodopa dose and drinking six large glasses of water daily. I avoided medication that would have increased my blood pressure. No occurrences since. Thanks for this explanation video ... much appreciated. (2023/06/30)
