Passive
Fairy
A weaponized form of Fairy singularity, capable of opening anything that considered to be "locked" physically or conceptually. It opens wounds on an enemy, making them take more damage as well as having a portion of their damage reflected back to them
Attacks that inflicts Fairy will make the enemy take 15% more damage for 12 seconds
With every hit the person deal to any entity while having Fairy on them, 1% of their Max HP as damage will be reflected, exceptions are Grabs, Counters

Moveset:
6000 HP
The Arbiter has 3 phases in total:
Phase 1: First Trumpet
“An Arbiter awakens…” - a golden chat appears in the chat box.
Corner of Player’s screen has “!” and “Alert”, “First Trumpet” on the corners of the screen.
Texts appearing and drifting across the screen.
The Arbiter theme playing.
Phase 2: Actives at 50% HP, Second Trumpet
Changes appearance.
“The Cognition Filter has been lifted”
The Arbiter Fully heals back her HP
adds 500 Max HP
10% damage reduction
“!!” and “Alert” shifted to a red-ish orange color, “First Trumpet” changing to “Second Trumpet”
The Arbiter unlocks a new move, Waves: Summoning Waves of Darkness around her enemies, equally separated to every target in range.
Phase 3: Actives at 80% HP, Third Trumpet
“!!!” and “Alert” turns red.
“[Arbiter]: Now.. can you stop me on your own two feet, with your own power?”
“Second Trumpet” changed to “Third Trumpet”
The Arbiter summons 4 Pillars around the map while becoming invincible. Destroy the pillars to remove this invincible state.
Each Pillar has 700 HP and 45% damage reduction
Skills VFX changes slightly.
Every 10 seconds, the Pillars scatter Tears of Fairy around them, dealing 45 damage.
After all 4 Pillars are destroyed, The Arbiter exits invincibility and gains 55% damage reduction.
Upon reaching 50% HP, The Arbiter gains a new move: Summoning 8 pillars and shooting it in all 8 directions.
- Upon Death “[Arbiter]: You’ve Proven yourself, I shall witness you with my eyes”

How lomg did you wait for binah? Were you using 2x spawn chance in ps or public when she spawned?

@@Literally_Kxyn I was lowkey just in my ps for 15 hours, and when i was tryna record another video it spawns, and no i didn’t use 2x spawn chance

@@NaturallyStretchyPerson it was completely solo, and i used bard for a tiny bit of the fight, bc i thought it would work (you cant even pop H let alone do good dmg bc you just die instantly) so i swapped to ichigo and that worked, took me about 1 hour and a half

@@fwxrr no, im unbanned. I lowkey just hate the game, it’s turned into a simulator, ppl have been telling me to make videos on it but I literally hate the game that much.
