I literally just found your channel today. This means so much to me. I battled this feeling ever since I got properly medicated. (3 years ago- Severe ADHD and autism, funny enough it was only after this that I refused to let any of this stop me, although yes it will probably slow me down). I’ve learned not to dwell on “wasted time” as much. While I keep reminding myself how far I’ve come in just 3 years. It make me think about Lord of the Rings and how Tolkien had the hobbit reach full adulthood at 33. Well with my 33 birthday looming, I can honestly say that I absolutely relate to this. Thank you so much for this video, it’s good to hear this from someone who is clearly authentic, and has experience dealing with these thoughts. Plus seeing all the comments really make you realize you’re not alone with these things. Definitely got a sub from me!

The fact that she contacted you tells you that there is even hope for "any type" of relationship if not romantic in the future when you feel you're ready.
