I had the same issue I changed my remote to one from a Mecool KM9 problem solved I contacted Mecool they tell you to send to China and pay all postage and fees. change the remote Good Luck
@@MrIkram-jp5ln Insert a paper clip or a toothpick into the AV hole of the device, a button will be touched inside, keep pressing the button, and then power on the device. Keep pressing the button for 3-5 seconds to enter recovery mode, then select factory reset.

No i was not able to fix this. I thew it away in the bin and brought w google chromecast.

Sorry I don’t know really how to repair voice problem. The best solution I made -I threw it in the trash this cheap plastics scrap

My problem with KM7 box is it won't connect to my WiFi network its a Chinese clone
