TODAY'S RECIPE IS Coffee Toffee Recipe | Homemade Coffee Candy Recipe | Yummy
INGREDIENTS:
Hot milk 1/4 cup
Coffee powder 1 tbsp
Mix well
Sugar 1 cup
Water 2 tbsp
Caramelised the sugar
Turn Golden brown
Low the flame
Add coffee mixture
Foamy consistency
Keep stirring
The foam has decreased
Butter 1 tsp
Cook for 2 mins
Cool for 5 mins
Make Marks while hot
Let it cool completely
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML

I made this and it was totally a blooper my toffees weren't set they were just liquid. Invane of my ingredients. Plz use corn flour if your making this. It would help the toffees to get settle in correct size.

Mine turned out ok, I used Instant Cofee, instead of the one that she used, so mine took longer and turned out a lighter color, but thats it this is an amazing piece of work and I recomend everyone else to watch this.
