    Okay none of the people in this comment section dont seem to speak german so,,,
    Immer Sie can mean three things; "Always her", "Always you" and "Always them". The most likely of the three is "Always you" though, since "Sie" is the formal form of "you", which would link back to Clear referring to Aoba as Master and treating him with a lot of respect. Which would also mean that the title is referring to Aoba. WHICH is likely.
    There, mystery solved.

    "Immer Sie" means "always you" cuz "sie" is just a formal German form of "you". So with "you" Clear's talking to aoba

      actually, Sie means you in a formal way. sie means she.

      actually its more the formal you. sie is she, but Sie is... well in english it would be you. Sie is used in formal speech. Du (which is just the normal you) in informal. so they probably meant (as translation) Always You (kind of Yandere....just like the song itself............ it really fits Clears bad end)
