I backed Secret Satire before the draw came out, so not as sure now. It’s an open race though. Seaward to hit the frame at a big price.
Quite possibly my least fav track as a punter and horse lover, horrible to think we could have a week of it :)

I dont fancy Ylang Ylang at all. I backed her e/w for the 1000 gns and was convinced that she couldn't be out of the first three. As well as on juvenile form she was ahead of most of these fillies with what she had achieved and most importantly how much more experience she had over a lot of the other fillies. However it was clear to me that during the final furlong where I expected her to be the strongest she was passed by a couple of quite inexperienced types. I always look for the finishing effort in the last half or last quarter of the furlong to get the most revealing information of relative merit. Not surprisingly Rubies are Reds last quarter of a furlong at Lingfield to me revealed how very strong she was at the finish. She will carry my money.
thats almost the opposite phisosophy to me :) Rubies are Red , often loses interest in the race and needs one long perfect run, a big avoid in my book despite the talent :)

Not only is the horse terribly outclassed... but contrary to 3 of the runners here, he has absolutely no turn of foot when it turns into a sprint for the line... will probably finish fourth if he manages to outstay Time Lock
Never won in this class and will he get the race run to suit? I don't think so

@@PazLeBon I thought he absolutely could if he outstays him in the final few strides... hard to imagine Time Lock troubling the big 3

Well matt brocklebank has tipped up quite afew double figure priced winners this season. Don't understand why u hate them so much tbh
