Hey V. I wanted to clarify. What do you mean when you say insert a picture? Like attaching a professional headshot or putting an email display picture?
Hey! For the email signature, I mean add a professional picture, (recommended the one you are using for ERAS) as an inset at the end aka after you've written your AAMC id, school name, etc. It's not a bad idea to add a nice pic as your email DP as well but that may not be streamlined for all email carriers.
Hi V, I finished an interview and I want to send thank you note. But I don't know their email address. They have a common program email and a program coordinator email. To which email, I should send the thank you note?
Hey! I would either ask the program coordinator for the PD email if you interviewing with them directly and email the thank you letter to them. Or whichever faculty you interviewed with like APD, etc.

NOOOOO !!!! As I emphasized in the video, PLEASE DO NOT tell more than one program they are your no1! This is very unprofessional - Only your no 1 should be told this, the others in your top 3 or 5, you can say something nice along the lines of "I am ranking you very highly", etc. Again, this is my best advice, I sent letters of intent but I also know people that matched that didn't do this so it's up to you.

Hey! I think the thank you for the invitation email should go to the coordinator who sent the invite - this one is not as important as the thank you email that should be sent after the interview itself though so I wouldn't worry to much about this one but focus for sure more on the after the interview one - AGAIN* only for the programs that say it's okay to send emails. good luck!
Hi V.! I have seen in a spreadsheet that my top choice program sent II today. How long should I wait until sending a letter of intent? Wait for the actual date of the other candidates' interviews or before? Thaaaanks!
HEY! I would start sending out letters of interest *** now not intent as the intent letter is usually after interviewing /nearing the end of IV season where you send them letters to indicate your top ranked programs. I would send letters of interest * now for IVs to programs. Good luck
you will get emails from programs based on whichever email address you put on the eras application itself - checkout my video on residency interview invites for more info on this. good luck!
