I once took a bus from Thun to Interlaken along the north shore of the lake, and as far as I can remember, that took less than half an hour, but I see you took a little detour......😏

I looked up Justistaler cheese, quite an interesting topic! So is the cheese you bought from a farmer that has his cows in the Justistal all summer, or is all the cheese made in this region allowed to call itself justistalcheese? (I highly doubt it)
