I used very similar teams (Ruan mei and huohuo with dan heng and aventurine in the nihility team) and I just barely cleared it haha. I'm a bit disappointed with DHIL tbh
I think, DHIL is not the problem here, this MoC just don't give him anything to work with, making harder for him, also, Enemy HP is kinda of a problem, kind of annoying that their way of making things difficult is always this. MoC is also made to favor recent banners, so older characters will have their performance cut, HRS is easier to see this drop in performance than in GI, since HSR is way more simple, even for a Turn based game.
Why Kafka even on that team? If that all Kafka can do, won't it be better to have Pela apply -56def on enemies, and allow Acheron to do more damage? And cheaper too. (-40 from ulti & -16 from LC) Kafka is enabler for DoT, she just doubles DoT damage. But DoT isn't the main source of damage here. It Acheron's damage. With Kafka, you are just buffing secondary damage instead of primary damage.
