Why are her vocals live better than the recording, her tone is deeper, and her vocals are MUCH more energetic and powerful, which reaaaaally fit the pop-rock vibe of this song. I absolutely love this song but I wish it was like that also in the recorded version because for me, the recorded version of this song lacks some power in her voice and she's also making her voice sound intentionally more high pitched, unlike in this performance. 😫
Same thing happened with Madonna! Most of her recordings in the 80s sounded really high pitched with a girlish timbre. However live, she had deeper vocals with more grit!
