In this video, we take our first look at how to create an effect with phaser. Phasers are how you build and manipulate effects of all types in GrandMA3. While they can be complicated and hard to quickly understand, the options and opportunities are endless.

The music was no issue. Perfect for filling "dead space" and keeping a nice flow. Good work, keep it up.

Was there an issue with the music? I’m open to suggestions if you have any!

@@mwlighting I'm trying to concentrate on your voice and learn something! The music is distracting and to loud compared to your voice! My suggestion is to be better without any music 😉

@@discomyass I appreciate your feedback and I apologize for the music volume being a disturbance! I can definitely bring it down in future videos. I only keep music in there to help fill dead space and maintain subtle energy as new things are being shared. Any and all feedback is accepted, so I hope all viewers feel free to let me know how I can create better and more informative videos moving forward!

Thank you for your comment! I do think that the GMA2 effects engine is very user friendly, however, the versatility and ability to make very specific and intricate effects with phasers far outweighs the learning curve. I know that I struggled for a while trying to understand why they made it “more difficult”, until I realized that phasers make my effects look better, operate better, and customize better! I hope you continue to learn about phasers. I think you will thoroughly enjoy them once you see how much more you can do with them!
