What do do with the red tie down “safety strap “
how do you tighten the rachet when the rachet just keeps spinning. the rachet tightens then untightens so I am not making any headway.
What is that plate you reinstalled?? I want one

They come with the rack, and there will be to 2 bolts and spring washers to attach it to the rack.
