These individuals, claiming to be trustworthy guides, divided students into distinct categories, including Vloggers, Student Agents, Fake Students, and even Mess Boys. Their mission was clear: to exploit Indian students seeking an MBBS degree.
The Scammers’ Strategy Unveiled
Learn how these scammer RUclipsrs executed a meticulous marketing plan designed to lure in students and their families. From vlogging and generating controversies to hosting webinars and daily RUclips Live sessions, they ensured someone was always online to persuade potential victims. WhatsApp groups were created year-wise, where council members manipulated students into believing they were in safe hands.
The Scamming Syndicate's Tactics
These scammers claimed to have insider connections with university officials, promising to introduce students and parents to them. However, the truth is far from what was presented. The real reason they couldn't make these officials public? The entire syndicate, including the officials, was involved in the scam. Their ultimate goal was to convince parents and students to prioritize Ural State Medical University, followed by Samara, Kuban, Krasnoyarsk, and North Caucasian State Medical Universities.

Shocking revelations about North Caucasian State Medical University raise serious questions. Kazan State Medical University is one of the best universities in Russia. It's Softamo's personal favourite as well.
Important points to consider in advance:
1. Tuition fee is 4,75,000 Rubles which will increase at a compounding rate of 3-5 % per year.
2. Government hostel is literally not possible. If someone is promising government hostel, it's a bluff. The reality will be told post visa application. The Private hostel will cost you around 1,200 USD Per year as Kazan City is highly expensive.
3. Irregular Packages could be a sensitive issue again as scenarios will change post arrival.
4. If you have a budget of 42-45 lakhs atleast, then only choose Kazan State Medical University. Else, must secure education loan in advance for worse case scenario.

Firstly, try to find the official (real) fee rather than getting happy for scholarship thing. And think about Hostel crisis which will be communicated after Invitation or Visa. There's always a catch. Somebody will make yearly benefits (>xy % annually), if you are choosing this university. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

The main issue is wrong fees that's been communicated. On top of that declaring scholarships, pure art. But the artist will mint yearly profit from your tuition fee (atleast 2x of your scholarship %).
Now, you were saying something about Hostel issue, right? That's secondary now but you will see this issue post issuance of invitation letter.

Kemerovo State Medical University is good in terms of Academics and training indian students. Also, the tuition fees is affordable @ 2,50,000 Rubles with increment of 3-5 % annually.
The actual problem that will be the major concern:
1. Heavily marketed my student agents and RUclipsrs leading to approximately registration of more than 400 applications.
2. Seats were 80 for international students as the government can accommodate only 80 students in government hostels.
3. The majority of students will have to take accommodation in Private Hostels which will cost around 55,000 - 65,000 Rubles Per Year. Worst part is even Private hostels are not available presently to accommodate everybody. Let's see how majority of students will take this issue.
4. Faculty availability will be a pure challenge as the regular capacity was 80-120 students only.
Overall, a good university with limited infrastructure and huge demand. The fate of Kemerovo State Medical University is inevitable. It's going Bashkir way but all of a sudden. Let's see how things end.

And about hostels they are good you are just saying anything. There is a big difference between Govt and Private hostels. Aur aisa bhi kuch nahi ki reh nahi. Sakte .since 20 -25 yrs students are going there and fmge passing percentage is very good.

Firstly, we are only creating awareness as situation is going worse in Russia. You must be very cautious while taking admission via illegal entities.
Tver State Medical University on the other hand has massive experience of training Indian students from past 20 years. The only concerning issue is non availability of government hostels. Private hostels will cost 60,000 Rubles to 80,000 Rubles Per Year. Also, Tuition fees is 3,50,000 Rubles Per Year with increment of 3-5 % Per Year. Collectively, Tver State Medical University is fit only for those students who have a budget of 36-40 lakhs atleast. The yearly inflation has already accounted for withdrawl of applications by many indian students.

Fees for Academic session 2024 is 3,50,000 Rubles. Every year, there will be an increment of 3-5 % per year as per Russian inflation.
Secondly, there is 100 % guarantee that you won't get government hostel as it's not available. Private hostel @ 60,000 - 80,000 Rubles per year.
Ask him to give in written in the form of affidavit. You will get your confirmation.

It's completely not true. The entire motive for creating this video is to create general awareness. Bad things are happening in Russia and it's better if you are one step ahead in your preparation.
When a consultancy like us makes something so sensitive, we become a target among our own consultant fraternity who thinks we are defaming a country.
But the greater good should always come into consideration. Softamo works for majority of universities but no student agent concept should be ever promoted.
Kyrgyzstan is clear example of what is going to happen with Russia if extreme measures won't be taken into consideration.
