I have won four halos so far and I can say it's all luck but I recommend setting a timer for when you have to go do the fountain again as it gives you higher chances of winning a halo

The last one is different for me, i tried every day multiple times a day and after a few weeks i get the starlight halo in spring! You just have to be patient and keep trying if you want one! ❤
My personal tip is to just use the fountain as much as you can and choose random answers or answers you feel like speaks to you the most. The times I’ve never relied on a halo chart I actually got a halo. Sometimes, you can get halos from answers that on the chart say you don’t get a halo from. Also I personally think that theres no way to “increase” your chances and just rely on luck.

All of these except the first one are just placebo. The only things that will actually increase your chances is going to the fountain every time it resets, and choosing the answer with the chances of winning a halo. I know these things help you though.
Bro I got winter22 and I had a whole game plan on how I was going to sell it when it was at high value then buy it when it was at low value (if I wanted it back because I thought it was ugly) BUT I LITERALLY GOT IT WHEN IT WAS AT THE LOWEST VALUE AND HAS NEVER TRADED IT
this is so real because after 6 years of playing i rarely EVER did the fountain... I'm talking like less than 100 wishes total, then on my 80th something one I ended up winning a halo :,)) I guess I just had to let my luck marinate
