Pro line showed a pic of an SCX6 sized swamper on Instagram. One more reason for me to get an SCX6
I'd stick with the stocks. Conform much better and the steady foams still had a lot of sidewall roll.
Now this is how a comparison video should be done !
Looks great, wait until you try the new Hyrax for the 6! Thanks for confirming my suspicions, Logan!
Thanks for checking out Steady Foam. Again can’t get enough of your driving videos. Keep up the great edits.
Absolutely love my SCX6. Thanks for the great comparison vid, I've been interested in maybe changing foams someday. But from watching this vid, think I'll stay stock for now. Just doesn't seem to be that much of an improvement to justify it. I'm really patiently waiting for some good tire options, like maybe some Patagonia's.
Looks like Proline heard your call
They are coming out with some super swamper TSLS for the SCX6
Love Proline’s Dual Stage. Especially when the Honcho got heavier with the metal upgrades. The stock foams would go flat. I’m squashing the outer memory foam rings of the Dual Stages up front where all the weight is
Just traded in my full scale Rubicon because there's nowhere to legally off-road here in NJ and 12.6 mpg isn't cool with gas prices lately. Your SCX6 vids really got me thinking that I need one to fill the void. Maybe with the money I'm saving on gas.... Lol!
Great comparison. The trucks show up so realistic on video..like full scale.
The SCX-6 really wants me to start with crawling, love the landscape as well. We have nothing like this in Sweden but a lot of woods thought
Seems like dual stage foams would be the best of both worlds to me. Or the anti foams since you can tune them with the foam rods! Boom!
Proline dual stage vs 3 bros anti foams next?
What a crazy line at the end!! Great video once again Logan! I’m just glad to see people embracing the SCX6 platform and making 3rd party options for it-thats really what I was holding out for.
Who can I talk to logan about sending you a set of my foams for a testing. My set is a dual stage, weighted, I'd like to see what it can do for your 6
You can send me some :)

My steady foams just arrived today!
I’d love to see you do one on the proline 2 stage 2.9’s! Great review!
Like with most things, depends on what you're looking for. Not convinced the Steady Foams work best where I need them to and think a dual stage foam will outperform them both. Thanks, great comparison video 👍
I sell a dual component weight and foam set. Patent Pending, RC Crawl on fb
Up here in the north all ive done is close of the vent holes to make it work like a tire with air in it and it works good. plus water dont get in. Also bought a spektrum programmer v2 which completely unlocks the scx6.
Supergreat Video. This shows how good the Stock Setup is. Do u think a Stronger Servo is needed?
I'd buy one of these if it came with a Toyota body. Your comparison was great though!
Give the 3bros rc anti-foams a shot, great performance versus the stock garbage once they start to degrade.
I can´t see any really advantage of the Steady Foams - sorry! But your comparison vid is fanstastic!!!
I would love to see proline hyrax on the scx6 and I would love to have one lol
I just got a set of Hyrax for it
@@westdesertwheeler sick bro what rims r u gonna put on the
I can't wait to get mine and get some tsl's and hit some local spots
Great video man.. can’t wait to order mine..
Would love to see you do a review on a Danshee Ridgerock 🙏🏻 Love all your content btw.
Hopefully you can do a comparison with a set of the Proline dual stage foams.
Hard foams seem not to give as much when climbing when needed.
Great video man. Testing back to back is super legit.
My comment on the foams, they didnt seem like a big difference, like at all. I wouldn't pay for these foams.
I want to see this on portal axles
Those things make the airport rocks look tiny 🤣 Awesome video Logan!
Whee is a Sydney?
With all the metal up front on my Honcho will it hold up? My Proline Dual Stages’ outer memory foam ring up front are squashed. I have all the metal upgrades of Vitavon (minus axles) up front along with the heavier Beast 2000 servo, brass spring retainer cups and brass hex drives, stainless steel front skid and differential skid plate and finally…brass front diff cover. If it had aluminum wheels it would weigh 30 pounds easy. Would Steady Foams hold up? Stock?…no way. Dual Stages struggle. No foams…laughable
