I love Chido. Watching him since coming to United, I thought we would see like we did with Rashford in the academy where he didn't pass, and it was just shot after shot, but Obi can be in the build up a bit, and can actually provide assists and he passes, and still scores loads. Very good across the front.
Any insight in to why Amorim is bringing u18s in to first team training like Kukonki but overlooking a lot of the u21s that ETH and RVN assimilated such as Amass, Wheatley, Fitzgerald who have not been in a Amorim match day squad yet?
@@dj_mibroamass isn’t a lwb, he’s a lb. And lot to ask a 17 yo to play anew position ina new team. And he rates Dalot as a fellow Portuguese, he’s gonna give him the chance to win the spot.
Can we talk about Wheatley? I feel like he never scores. Is he bad or is the team just not functioning properly a bit like Hojlunds lack of service last year.
With all these young players about to break through and ones that already have like Kobbie I feel like we're on the cusp of a comeback of fighting for league titles again. Especially if Amorim can turn these good feelings into a winning team.
He ain’t even ready for a loan . If he’s progress in U18s carries on this season , he MAY be ready for U21s next season . He’s so far off of the first team the kid speaking here hasn’t a clue !

It was the two U18s lads that changed the game for the 21s this week. Some ridiculous players in the Academy at the minute.
Jaysus I thought Scoop was on this channel long enough now for the McTominay joke to have expired. 😅
What joke
@zeeone4492 is that a question or a statement? 🤔

hmm interesting
Someone at U18 can be shaped and changed a lot more easily than an U21 player.
@ true. I believe our u18 crop has more potential but just particularly interesting he hasn’t utilised Amass when we’re dying for a left footed LWB

I agree . He’s totally fallen away .
He scored around 15 last season so he can finish. Needs to go on loan and play senior football
I’ve never rated him to be honest
