in this video I look at Dream stans who vandalised a memorial and of course doing something like this is actually stupid. the dream stans wrote things like sub to technoblade and prime to tommyinnit and dream not found. dream stans are known for doing digusting, weird, or stupid things
and often get called out. dream is a minecraft youtuber with 25 million subs and is the owner of the dream smp.

As an old fan of the DreamSMP, I encountered so many stans who were horrible. This is just sick, that memorial was for that island and it was important for their culture.

I left the fandom ever since some of the these fans got too obsessed and toxic. Some of them don’t respect their streamer’s boundaries. And then dnf happened. And then THIS happens. There are other things that some of the ‘dream stans’ did and it’s really bad for Dream and the others. It’s really disrespectful.

@@robnav04 8 writing systems. Every language has a writing system so I had free time to make 8 of them however, I've so far created 3 languages. One that sounds like icelandic, one that sounds african, and one that sounds japanese. For a fantasy tale. Then I realised, hey, I'm playing the piano and I have a bunch of instruments. Why not making music for the tale. After all of that, the last thing to do is to create maps. So far, I've created the world map of the fantasy world. Now I have to continue writing the story. I may upload something about the fantasy world on my channel "Θανος Βουρτας". Oh, and about the minecraft locations, well, I lost them cuz my PC broke but no worries. I was just starting so I didn't had any design so was still searching, so, it's not a big deal

One of my closest friend's girlfriend (which is also my friend) just so happens to be a dream stan. And my God, it's terrible dealing with her tendencies when she starts going on about minecraft. Like, we had an argument over the mcyt community was when I sent a discord message in a server we're part off saying "Dream stans ruined the minecraft community" and she was mad. She asked what I said about her "squad" and "muffins" which made me cringe tbh. Then I made the comment on how there minimal if not NON of these fuckin' nsfw shit back in the old days of the mcyt community, and all she can say was "stfu- idc" and i just said that a majority of the minecraft community are, children. God forbid them encountering any of those nsfw shit. After making that point I got a few of the members, to back me up and the only thing she can say was "okay whatever". Okay, I ranted a bit, but the point is, most, if not all of these toxic dream stans that we encounter completely establishes any sort of ignorance if someone made a good point against them and still does the shit. They don't care if kids sees those nsfw shit. They don't. They won't stop even if Dream calls them out. What could stop this crap? I don't know. Do I want it to stop? Hell to the motherfucking yes. I do not get how people can become this obsessed with people. Dream is just known for being "good at minecraft" and h e cheated on that so why is he so popular.
Most of his fanbase aren't bad people commentary channels just like to point out the bad ones and then make it seem like it's the entire fandom. Also a lot of us like Dream cuz unlike a lot of other content creators he actually spends a lot of his time talking to his fans and always appreciating them or joking with them (like roasting them, its funny when hes mean to people in a jokingly way). He's also a really cool guy if you watch his videos that don't involve any of the drama or if you just see his recent tweets

If you wanna make fanart and fanfics (Of the people who have said it's okay, and if it's not fuckin weird, contrary to popular belief not all fanfiction is nsfw shipping) and if you wanna support these creators then that's perfectly fine, but this sort of shit like vandalizing a goddamn monument, as well as the other things they do like harassing literally anyone who says anything remotely bad about their favourite content creator, or even harrassing the creators themselves, is absolutely horrible.
Also, and I know i literally just mentioned my hyperfixation, I hate the neurotypical stans who try to use hyperfixation as an excuse for their actions. All it's doing is making those of us who are actually neurodivergent look bad, because then people who don't know much about hyperfixations and such start to

I was a part of the dsmp community, but when I saw all the stupid and horrible shit the stans were (and still are) doing I quit the community because to me it's so embarrassing to be even in the same group of people as these guys, let alone the same community. I can't imagine the level of shame this person's family must've felt after finding out what they had done. I sencerely hope someone manages to knock some sense into them, but with the current state of dream stans they will most likely just get pissy and title whoever tells them that what they did is wrong as a "dream hater". I mean, if they are going to ignore people literally leaving the fanbase because of them, I doubt they can be saved. They worship Dream to an unhealthy level, as if he is their god. I wouldn't be surprised if the next video talks about them starting a new religion.

They can literally get arrested for vandalism of a public government property. This alone can get whoever did it up to 5 years in prison and a $15,000 fine, if an adolescent did it they can pay a Restitution to the owner of the property, in this case the government, or the child can get a fine and a juvenile detention center will have to pay the fine, again in this case to the government. The adolescent can also be sentenced to probation or diversion in which the adolescent must complete certain tasks, and in severe cases like this, detention is a proper sentence, although detention is more likely for someone who has committed multiple vandalism crimes.
