If you have a mortar (I hope that's the right term for it), you could crush the chickpeas in it. But just a regular fork or maybe even a potato masher could work even though the texture might be a bit grainier.
It takes time for me to buy the ingredients... but I put it in the freezer..I majorly make three oats..n greek yogurt bc it's cheaper... no matter what store u go to to nothing is cheap...n everything just gets more n more expensive... but I Luv ur food.
The good thing with meal prep is you switch what you eat every week, or make slightly different versions of each meal (like the overnight oats here) so if you do get sick of it youre only committed to one week it can get a bit boring but tbh i love consistency and knowing i have everything ready for the day
