Vinyl Wrap Your Fender for Custom Look

This isn't something for the ass holes umong us to try doing, as it can be a bit frustrating of a process. If you are such a person stay away, pay someone else, or blow a pile of cash on a pre-made carbon fender. Nobody should have to deal with your shit.
That said, it can be quite rewarding to finish a project like this one. And the more you try the better you can get. Starting out, carbon fiber design can be frustrating in itself as the heat and stretching can be seen in how lines don't always show up straight. But someone has get close and pay close attention to see it. Which is to say that solid colors may be easier to start with.
You'll need:
1. Rubbing alcohol to prep surface after you wash and dry it.
2. Wrap of your choice
3. Very sharp blade to cut excess and angles
4. Heat gun or very hot hair dryer might be enough
5. Beer or other favorite beverage
6. Patience, time and willingness to keep trying

I'd also recommend the 3M Carbon Fiber wrap, which I found to be higher quality and a tad thicker - which limited the pull when trying to stretch it - which is a good thing.
