I love the fact that Garrett always thinks of, everyone, the elderly, and disabled, everyone is given a thought!!! (you always think how able people are currently, or when they get older, so their homes grow with them!) - just love what a sweet-heart you are Garrett, thinking of all of us lot!! :) ❤❤
Yes, Garrett has love in his heart and life. Empathy is more rare these days, but young Garrett already gets it. I think that takes wisdom, even more rare and coveted.
My husband is a dentist and has had to treat a number of children with cracked or broken teeth from mishaps using vessel sinks. Thanks for warning people that they are not safe particularly for kids.
I've never watched anyone else deal with the difficulties and requirements of ADA regulations and the general pitfalls that are so hard for those who have accessibility issues. I'm not just entertained by your videos, I'm educated!!! And for that, I'm also grateful. Keep up the wonderful content - it's invaluable.
In my opinion, people need to deal with experienced designers and licensed contractors who work in design amenable and compliant with ADA requirements because each situation is different and I like to see things done right. I am not an ADA expert and that's why we haven't produced a video specific to this topic. However, I do know it is important to realize that every situation is different and our friends that need such accommodations should get help from people who specialize in this area.
Good point. And even if you and everyone in your house has no problem with accessibility, at some point someone will probably break a bone, sprain an ankle, have orthopedic surgery, etc. When that happens, you will be sooooo thankful for the accessible features in your house. I know I have with just some dumb broken ankle.
Thank you for mentioning how grout lines are a safety feature. We just finished renovating two bathrooms in a 55+ community for my husband, myself, and my mother-in-law. Both showers have rainfall and handheld shower heads. We also installed horizontal grab bars in the showers as well as on the wall in the guest bath which doubles as a towel bar. I found a toilet paper holder that has a grab bar at the top. The grab bars match the style and finish of each bathroom. A quick search on the internet found which manufacturers make what is both practical and stylish. The grab bars in the showers look like accents, not hospital features.
I so appreciate your emphasis on accessibility and safety, not only in this particular video, but consistently throughout your "tutorials." I, myself, am older and am starting to consider grab bars -- and given that a dear friend of mine (she'll be 90 on New Year's Eve) fell just 5 days ago and broke her hip, safety is a high priority.
I'm currently designing a bathroom and was looking at a rain shower head and suddenly realized it probably wasn't going to be very practical for actually CLEANING myself off. Great tips!
Dual rain shower head and handheld is a great combo. Handhelds are also critical for washing your pets. We put in a few warm water outdoor showers and one has a handheld to wash our dogs. Since we have a pack of Rottweilers it’s really great to be able to wash them and let them air dry
As a disabled person I love how you mentioned accessibility for everyone! I need no lip as I have rheumatoid arthritis and my knees don’t bend well. Pottery Barn’s new accessible line is amazing to see!
Thank you for giving thought to the needs of those of us who are disabled, Garrett. I'll also say that if there is already a shower installed, changing the shower head to something nicer does not require any skill. I've done it at at least two of my rented homes.
Garrett... you bring up views that nobody else is talking about....."making our stories in our homes; have a conversation piece; adding a pop of colour!" And, "practical advise"....no kidding about rain showers. And, having a zero platform in a shower has been available in Europe for years. WoW....youre talking about accessibility. Perfect! Love love your perfect experience! Keep it up. I always look forward to your views!
I love a heated towel rack. I have a free standing one and one that goes in the wall. I have them running 24/7 365. It keeps the towel warm and fresh. I live on the water and I want my towels dry and without any moisture from the air. No matter the season a warm towel is always a delight.
Rough natural tiles on the floor are good. My new bathroom, designed for aging in place, has small rough-ish tiles in the shower too. It does have a small lip around the shower. Regular sink, with storage beneath and a good sized cabinet as well.
When we remodeled our master bath we added a rainfall shower. I have to say it was a big mistake! I think I’ve used it twice. We also have two handheld shower heads that are on a slide so you can make them as high as 7.5 feet or as low as 4 feet. Thank goodness! The thing I really dislike about the rainfall shower head is the need to get on a stool in order to clean the top of it! Yes they do get dusty! What a spectacular waste of money!
Thank you for discussing disability in a positive way. Absolutely right that if it’s disabled friendly it is great for everybody. A lot of designers do not address the pros and cons and just seem to focus on what looks nice.
We have both a wall mounted showerhead and also a handheld one. We mostly use the handheld, but it's nice to have both options. We were very luck in that we visited a home which had vessel sinks before renovating our bathroom, which let us discover that vessel sinks are super messy--water splashes out everywhere!
You have me LOL. Call 911, dont call me, lol I have stepped out on my large tile floors and thought ima kill mysel!!!!!! I have had a vessel sink...grew to hate it!! I enjoy you telling the truth about design.
One place that vessel sinks make sense is in areas that cannot accommodate a regular depth counter. The vessel requires less depth to be installed and if the tap is wall mounted or mounted at the 10 or 2 o'clock position, even less depth is needed. It's still awkward to use but does make a sink doable in an otherwise non-doable location.
You are so right about the hand held shower. And clean up in the tub is quick. Love your videos. The one you did for older people was fabulous and no body else addresses this. ❤
Totally agree on the rainfall shower head. They look cool but never liked how it functions. Tried it at a hotel… not for me. The hand-held shower head works great for us and for our fur baby.
Thank you for thinking of safety first and for considering wheelchair/walker accessibility! That design feature was what allowed my mother to remain in her own home right up till her last days.
I am putting a sort of floating counter/vanity in my renovated bathroom, because I need the floor space underneath it. It's not just wall hung, though, it's wall to wall across an opening of about 4 feet. I'm raising the counter to about 36", and putting a slide-out drawer or shelf underneath it for at least a little bit of storage. The reason is to accommodate a cat's litter box. It will be under the counter, out of the way, which is, IMO, a big improvement over having a litter box in a carpeted bedroom. So, yeah, I'm remodeling the bathroom for my cat.
Thank you, thank you, thank you for dealing with accessibility issues. Seems like the world in general thinks you can have good design OR accessibility but I love that you are determined to push for both! I had to address a lot of stuff like this when I was caring for my mom, and now I am getting older I think about my own future. Love this video, love you, thanks so much! Hope you and your fam have an amazing long weekend, Garrett!
Yes, I love my handheld shower head! And I agree 100% about floating countertops (and toilets). They give me a public restroom or hotel vibe that I'm not trying to go for, and also they're too contemporary for my taste (French and English cottage farmhouse).
A lot of thought and planning needs to go into a bathroom if a person plans on living in that house into their later years. I work in physical therapy and I saw many people who literally had to move out of their house because their bathroom was not accessible for them anymore. So plan ahead. End it doesn't have to end up looking like a hospital or nursing home.
I had to add the hand held shower head to my new home. It did not come with one. So we added it. So love it. Especially for cleaning the shower. Makes it so much easier. Love your videos thank you so much such great advice Garrett!❤️
THANK YOU for pointing out the need to get rid of that shower lip! I see designers talk down on open showers and those with no lip, when it should be standard nowadays. Disabled people shouldn’t be forced to pay tens of thousands to change out simple things in their house that, if they weren’t there, would not inconvenience an abled person at all. Thank you for advocating making design useable for the disabled and elderly!
Garrett, you’re a man after my own heart! I just moved into my new, ADA compliant, Universal Design home that I mostly designed! My friend who has post-polio syndrome was my inspiration for never owning another home that she can’t visit me in and I love it! I have a fixed head shower combined with a hand held shower head and it’s LUSCIOUS when I use them at the same time. Love your channel; keep up the good (sensible/luxury) work!
Thanks so much Wendy! I’m glad you are enjoying the channel. Please take a moment if you haven’t already, and join our very valued subscriber family. 😊😊😊
Very helpful, as always. Thank you for the safety advice. I was surprised to fracture my pelvis (I'm healed now and can dance again). But the lip into the shower was a huge problem I never anticipated. My tiles did provide traction on the bathroom floor and it helped a lot. Thank you for your kind heart.
I’ve always felt the same way about the rainfall showers! And again, really appreciate you mentioning how impractical they can be for someone with mobility limitations to use seated. I’m a fan of universal design and I can tell you are too. Thanks!
my husband and daughter love the rainfall shower head, we had one in our hotel recently but i hated it - never felt properly clean , so glad to get back to my adjustable showerhead 👌👌
I totally agree with handheld shower heads being the best. Here are EVEN MORE reasons to love them. When my son was a newborn I could put it on a low setting and place him in the baby bath (in the shower area) and use the handheld shower head to clean him without a big scary tub of water under him (i left the stopper out of the baby bath so it would drain as I washed), so there was no hazard of him maybe inhaling water if he turned. Now I can place a messy high chair or the non-slip mat when it needs cleaning or whatever in the tub and "hose" it down with the handheld shower head. I can turn it on high and basically use it to get a shoulder massage for myself (that's where I hold my stress). Vessel sinks are the worst (I'm 4'10"😅) and I can't stand them at all. Garret, I spruced up my guest bathroom recently and put a video out on what I did there, if you want to see. You don't have to of course.
People wonder how I wash my hip-length hair. I stand bent over with my head in the shower, hair flipped forward over my head, and use the handheld shower head to actually get all of that hair wet and rinsed. I can't do it in a standard wall-mount shower any more.
While I am watching this video, everything you mention, I am nodding my head in agreement. You are so right on the money honey! Safety and inclusion of everyone old and young is the truth, this is something we all should think about. When I think about dropping the counter height to add a sink above the counter, makes my back ache just thinking about it. Also the cleaning around the sink isn’t practical. Why add more cleaning than necessary. When you mentioned brass, I cringed 😬 I know what it’s like to clean brass, but in a bathroom where it is Humid, well yuck! not only that but the brass can smell when corroding. I love listening to you Garrett, you do help friends! ❤️🇨🇦
I am desperate for a vessel sink, and I will tell you why. 1.) I’m tall, every sink i’ve had is so low it’s ridiculous for me. 2.) With limited counter space as a woman, im getting ready I have my things on the counter and they are CONSTANTLY falling in the under mount sink and that is NOT hygienic, I want a simple clean lined one that will prevent things from falling in them if I look at them wrong
Best shower I ever took was in a hotel in London. They had a shower tower. When I added a bathroom I installed one. It has body jets, a rainfall, a waterfall and hand held. Yes I use the hand held to clean but that waterfall on an aching muscle is unbeatable. As for blind I am so glad Kirkland shampoo and conditioner are different colors……
Hi Garrett! You’re so fun! I’m a big fan and a new(ish) subscriber! We recently did our primary bathroom, and we did both the rain shower and handheld shower head on a sliding bar. I pretty much use the rain shower only for pretend spa days and existential crises. For actual bathing, it’s the handheld.
I've got to say it, from a cleaning perspective, how do people get behind those free-standing baths to clean? I think they're impractical and also, difficult to manage getting in and out of as you get older. I know they look beautiful, but ugghhh, imagine what's behind most of them (if they're against a wall).
I've loved the vessel sink design for many years... and in a single video you've shaken that opinion. For that alone, I gave an immediate up vote, and made me seek out more of your videos. Anyone that can make me re-think my ideas and preferences so quickly needs to be listed to. Thank you for your advice.
Another detailed, informative video. I love your pacing, you speak calmly and with authority but also keep peoples feelings in mind, with a side of cheeky humour. Delightful and such a pro! And thank you for sounding off on the vessel sinks - please people, stop putting these awkward sinks in your homes.
Love your focus on usability and upkeep! Hearing from you on the real life implications of specific design choices is SO HELPFUL! I’m going to start my first ever renovation on our house and your tips are priceless. Keep it up! Subscribed, and I’m excited to learn more from you!
Yes, the very best shower has a hand held feature, and is on an adjustable rod. I also love a preset temp setting, so you just turn it on with your Goldilocks temp.
Love, love, love your videos and your eye towards inclusive design. This video validates my choices. I had to really push our designer when we remodeled our master bath a few years ago that 1) any tile on the floor was to be penny-tile. First time in my life I've felt really solid footing in the shower. 2) no shower lip 3) no rain-head, but a hand-held with two hooks-- one to place the water at 7 ft, and one to place it about 4.5 ft. Right now it's really awesome when shampooing hair to move it down, you are still getting warm water on your body, but not in your hair; later it will be good when we need to sit for showers or for children to use. Advice I give now when people ask is to NOT put in a built-in shower bench. I've never seen one that actually looks comfortable, and when you do need bathing chairs, if there is already a "bench" there is hardly space for the chair. I saw my parents struggle with this as they aged.
I feel you on the blind-as-a-bat comment. Fortunately I've had LASIK but before that I stumbled over many a shower threshold. Raised thresholds are a trip hazard, particularly for people with poor eyesight.
Just subscribed. Am in the middle of renovating both my kitchen and bathroom. Somehow, I’ve followed most of your design suggestions already. Whew, lol. But have found some of your ideas that I can put into practise before the Reno is finished, thank you ❤️
Large tiles can be doable so long as the tiles are grippy even when wet. I made sure my parents bought extremely grippy tiles when they were remodeling their bathroom
I never liked a vessel sink. Awkward. I've also never had or used a rainshower either, and thanks to you, I know I'm not missing a thing. The last place I want to struggle in is bathroom time.
I love that you put a premium on functionality and accessibility. We put in a shower head that has a magnet and pulls away to be handheld. I really like it. (The tub faucet in the other bathroom also has a handheld attachment.) The shower has a tiled bench seat and a pebble tile on the floor, so no slipping! One last thing - I understand what you are saying about vessel sinks but after half a year in this new house, I’m still loving ours. We were super careful to find cabinets that were just a little lower so there’s no inconvenience in terms of height.
As a former cleaning business owner, I can attest to the importance of a handheld shower head. Cleaning tubs/showers is a nightmare when you have to use a big cup to rinse the shower walls. The water splashes out and all over the floor in the bathroom if you’re not careful. Takes more time too. I detest cleaning bathrooms without them lol.
I subscribed a while ago but just figured how to comment. My husband and I are in our 70s and will be doing a major downsizing and moving to a new build. I have learned so much from your videos (and wish you had been around when we built our current place). Thank you for sharing your knowledge (and fur babies) with us. I also agreed with everything you said in this video!
Can agree that smaller tiles gives more grout lines to clean, but as an installer of tiles smaller is better, cheaper and sooo much easier for my back. When I say cheaper I also mean that if one of the corner chip or get damaged during transport, it doesn´t cost as much having to order new one. With smaller you can afford to order extra to have. My favourite ones are the plankshaped tiles that look like wood, they always turn out looking FAB. You can play around more with them and create patterns that repeat in other rooms to get that great design look we all love.
I liked all your points. My biggest regret when i re-did my bathroom, was the vessel sink in glass. Way to much troube to clean. Doesnt drain well because there is not overflow hole.
I'm renting a house with his and hers vessel sinks and they are a pain to clean especially in the back between the faucet. Also have a rainfall shower head with no handheld option and when it's not hairwash day good luck trying not to get the hair wet 😭 In the middle of buying my own house and when I do I definitely will be avoiding those! Thank you so much I'm learning a lot from you and will be well prepared when I finally buy a house 💙
Hi Garrett I’m remodeling a bathroom and I’m loving your ideas and recommendations. It is an expensive project and want to avoid mistakes at all costs. Thank you again for sharing your ideas,

1000x agree on handheld shower head. Hate it when showers don’t have it. It’s also so easy to clean the shower! They’re not that expensive nowadays as well and most practical,,
This video was PERFECT timing, I am in the middle of master bathroom Reno, I went black and white, white hexagon shower tile with black penny round floor and a black and white mosaic tile. I am deciding grout, thinking light grey on shower walls, maybe whit to show the shape and black grout on shower floor. I almost went no grout on bathroom floor, but you made a great point about traction, need to decide that grout color now. Still waiting for contractor to receive supplies, with the back orders, it has been 2 months but gives me more time to decide grout and fixture color. Thanks for another great video…style with practicality and functionality!!
Thanks so much! I truly appreciate your lovely comment. Please take a moment to support the channel if you haven’t already, and become a subscriber.😊😊😊
I became an accessibility nut when I broke my leg and was on crutches for 6 weeks. It was awful, but finding places I could access made the world brighter. Those spaces are important!
When my husband was terminally ill we had an in-home therapist visiting him and she was in process of building a home. my husband had been a general contractor and asked if she was going to build an ADA bathroom as she was witness to the IMMENSE difficulties we were having with he being wheelchair-bound. we had a low step threshold to our shower but the narrow glass door was the other obstacle hindering assisting him. Needless to say this woman is a physical therapist, probably a decade older than us at the time (she in late 50s+) and building w/out ADA considerations. We had the dual head / shower sprayer installed as you described as well as safety bars. Because he was a contractor I consulted his industry peers hoping to renovate to accommodate wheelchair access, but his disease progressed so quickly this was never a feasible option.
Hi Wendy, I'm so sorry to hear about your husband, and the difficulties you both had. This is a sad story, and I thank you for your kindness and thoughtfulness in sharing these important issues. I hope my videos will be enjoyable to you.
Thank you Garrett♥️ - I appreciate your kind response and the thoughtful focus of this video. ADA needs can be so sudden. Your voice and reasoning to those who have the opportunity to put it in place at the build or renovation is so valuable. Just a couple inch threshold at the shower is going to prevent a wheelchair and make a huge problem. Thank you for all your videos, I’m a longtime watcher & enthusiast. Before my husband passed, he made sure I was set up with a proper toolset to continue my hobby of dragging home old furniture
Oof a lipped bathtub reminds me of the antique metal tub in the house I grew up in. It was built in the Edwardian era. Just looking at em hurts my knees lol
I’ve been watching your videos for almost a month now,.. and I’m OBSESSED! I love hearing your point of view on design and I love that you are always thinking about others!
I agree with everything you said about rainfall showers, Garrett. We have a set-up with a hand-held shower. It's so convenient. I've stayed in hotels with rainfall showers and I thought they were very impractical but they seem to be the fashion at the moment.
Just remodeled my shower this summer, and luckily only did one of these pitfalls, the curb. I couldn’t extend the floor into my shower since I didn’t have enough tile, and the cost of doing it was just too expensive. I did avoid the rain head and added a bench and a shower head with a detachable handheld.
What I like about your videos is you give reasons that are logical as to why some trends are impractical. I don't like other videos that condemn things based on opinions because they seem to be marketing products or making owners feel ashamed of what they have in their homes. You don't do that. Kudos to you.
Thanks so much Nancy for your comment! I appreciate it. I’m glad you enjoyed the video. Much more to come. Please take a moment to support the channel, and join our very valued subscriber family. 😊😊😊
I recently came across your channel and I love everything you post! You present information in such an informative but kind way and I really appreciate that which is why I subscribed Garrett 😊
Just discovered you just now, redoing 2 bathrooms in an old home, you saved me from making a couple of huge mistakes out of ignorance! Zero threshold? Whaaaat!? Thank you!
We had wall mounted faucets in our prior home and I loved them. We are retired, no children, so it wasn’t a problem. The best part was no water drips around the base causing more cleaning.
Ok , I just subscribed. I only watched 2 videos and found you to be practical , logical and too funny! You are providing a tremendous service by Addressing issues most people probably don’t even think about. You have another fan
Thanks so much Diana! I’m glad you enjoyed the content. Much more to come. Welcome to the channel. It’s great to have you as part of our very valued subscriber family!✨✨✨
Garrett, I am happy to know I am not alone in my feelings regarding both the rainfall shower head and the vessel sinks! I wish I could say I never fell for the brass faucet - but it was tuition. Never again.
If you have thick wavy hair it will take you forever to rinse it under a rain shower head. I used one for a week and swapped it out for a hand held high quality head that had good water pressure💧
I'm with you - I have a rainfall shower head - rather than standing outside of it and being cold, I stooped (too bad about my dowager's hump!) Fortunately I have a hand held but it also slots in at an angle that is just the right height!
I’ve watched a whole lot of your videos. They’re really helping me conceptualize what I want in my next home. You’ve got a new subscriber. Thanks Garrett.

Absolutely I vote for hand-held shower head! And a built-in seat in the shower.
When I see a vessel sink, I see a cleaning nightmare

Add a handheld wand to the shower too. We love the rainheads in our showers.

Hope you and your fam have an amazing long weekend, Garrett!
I'm so glad you enjoyed the video! Have a great weekend Dodie. :)
No Games u r so right! Not sure why accessibility is never considered.
I love that you promote beautiful design but that you also emphasize safety, accessibility and practicality. Really great video!
My pleasure! Glad you enjoyed.:)
I had to add the hand held shower head to my new home. It did not come with one. So we added it. So love it.
Especially for cleaning the shower. Makes it so much easier. Love your videos thank you so much such great advice Garrett!❤️
It's my pleasure Carla! Thanks for watching. :)
My pleasure Barbara! Thanks for watching. Please take a moment to support the channel, and join our very valued subscriber family. :)
You are the best friend every girl needs💕
Thanks! You can always support my work and become a very valued subscriber, and also watch my videos twice a week. :)
Happy to help!
I’ve always felt the same way about the rainfall showers! And again, really appreciate you mentioning how impractical they can be for someone with mobility limitations to use seated. I’m a fan of universal design and I can tell you are too. Thanks!
You are so welcome!
my husband and daughter love the rainfall shower head, we had one in our hotel recently but i hated it - never felt properly clean , so glad to get back to my adjustable showerhead 👌👌
💯on the vessel sink. No thank you.
I like a shower head with pressure too..
Agree with the rainfall shower head. Even if I don't have my contacts in, I dislike water streaming down my face. 🥺
Thanks Carole! I'm here on video twice a week for the most part, and happy you are enjoying. It means allot. :)
Those mounted shower heads: never understood why anyone would want that.
I am with you on rain showerheads.
Thanks so much Caren! Welcome to the channel. It's great to have you as part of our very valued subscriber channel.
"...existential crises."
Girl, I feel you.
Thanks for watching! I’m glad you are enjoying the content. Please consider supporting the channel, and becoming one of our very valued subscribers.
Another detailed, informative video. I love your pacing, you speak calmly and with authority but also keep peoples feelings in mind, with a side of cheeky humour. Delightful and such a pro! And thank you for sounding off on the vessel sinks - please people, stop putting these awkward sinks in your homes.
Thank you so much! I really appreciate all your kind words Amy. :)
Love your focus on usability and upkeep! Hearing from you on the real life implications of specific design choices is SO HELPFUL! I’m going to start my first ever renovation on our house and your tips are priceless. Keep it up! Subscribed, and I’m excited to learn more from you!
Thanks so much Stephanie! Welcome to the channel. It’s great to have you as part of our very valued subscriber family!
😊😊😊
Also, when a giant floor tile cracks or breaks, a nightmare to replace!
Yes, the very best shower has a hand held feature, and is on an adjustable rod. I also love a preset temp setting, so you just turn it on with your Goldilocks temp.
Good call on the floor tiles- I didn’t even think of grip!
Thank you! Thanks so much for watching, and sharing Shelley!
And never enough, Thank You for curating and bringing wonderful episodes..xx
Glad you enjoy it!
A handheld shower is a must for me. I would be ok with a rainfall shower head, only if there is a handheld attached to it.
I wish you were my designer. 80% of the things you mentioned are exactly what I think!

Whew, lol. But have found some of your ideas that I can put into practise before the Reno is finished, thank you ❤️
Yay! Best wishes on your projects. Welcome to the channel. It’s great to have you as part of our subscriber family.
So agreed about the rain shower head! 🙂
Handheld shower is a MUST. SO much easier to clean yourself and the shower.
Agreed!
I agree about the shower heads. Rain shower heads a no go with contacts. Love the handheld as well.
Absolutely! Thanks for watching. :)
Design common sense!! Hallelujah!!
😊😊😊
I subscribed a while ago but just figured how to comment. My husband and I are in our 70s and will be doing a major downsizing and moving to a new build. I have learned so much from your videos (and wish you had been around when we built our current place). Thank you for sharing your knowledge (and fur babies) with us. I also agreed with everything you said in this video!
Thanks so much Sandra! Glad you are enjoying. Welcome to the channel. It's great to have you as part of our very valued subscriber family. :)
I’m a new subscriber and I’ve been living for your petty comments 😂 they crack me up every time
Thanks so much Helena! Welcome to the channel. It's great having you as part of our very valued subscriber family! :)
I got it Garrett. It's da WATER PARK SHOWER HEAD!!! The 1 you go stand under at amusement parks.🤣🤣🤣
That's awesome! Glad you are enjoying. Please take a moment to support the channel, and become part of our very valued subscriber family.
Hi Garrett I’m remodeling a bathroom and I’m loving your ideas and recommendations. It is an expensive project and want to avoid mistakes at all costs. Thank you again for sharing your ideas,

Design the shower to have the water spraying all around you. I love it!
1000x agree on handheld shower head. Hate it when showers don’t have it. It’s also so easy to clean the shower! They’re not that expensive nowadays as well and most practical,,
I just LOVE that you consider the functionality of finishes, decor and furniture. Awesome😊
Yay! Glad you enjoyed. :)
Garret you are God’s gift to all of us. You are Precious 🙏💖✨

I became an accessibility nut when I broke my leg and was on crutches for 6 weeks. It was awful, but finding places I could access made the world brighter. Those spaces are important!
Agreed!
My pleasure! Thanks so much for your support in subscribing, and watching our content. :)

@@heathershabits Yay! That’s awesome. Thanks. 😊😊😊
I agree with everything you said about rainfall showers, Garrett. We have a set-up with a hand-held shower. It's so convenient. I've stayed in hotels with rainfall showers and I thought they were very impractical but they seem to be the fashion at the moment.
👍👍👍
Just remodeled my shower this summer, and luckily only did one of these pitfalls, the curb. I couldn’t extend the floor into my shower since I didn’t have enough tile, and the cost of doing it was just too expensive. I did avoid the rain head and added a bench and a shower head with a detachable handheld.
Good Morning Garrett, what a fantastic caring episode!!
Love that for us:)
Yayyy I got you back on 2 days a week😍
Have a splendid day ahead..xx
By far the most practical & enjoyable info on bathroom design that I've been exposed to, Garrett 💙 from Down Under
Awesome! Thanks for watching, and hopefully supporting the channel by subscribing.

Thank you so much! Welcome to the channel!

Wonderful ideas and cautions.
Ok , I just subscribed. I only watched 2 videos and found you to be practical , logical and too funny! You are providing a tremendous service by Addressing issues most people probably don’t even think about. You have another fan

👍👍👍
I’ve watched a whole lot of your videos. They’re really helping me conceptualize what I want in my next home. You’ve got a new subscriber. Thanks Garrett.
