He starts with Tchaikovsky Symphony No.4, 4th movement while his lead, played by himself, says everything is going as normal. Then when things are no longer "normal" the song changes to add modern edm/trap/hip hop. Then once things get really Russian to the point of being a meme hard bass, a style strongly associated with Russia, kicks in.
I have been on a huge classical music/especially Tchaikosvky run the last year. This song got recommended to me and then i see this coincidental comment. Anyone that appreciates Tchaikovsky has potential to be a genius in my eyes. More power to Apashe!

In Russian "uebok" is some kind of annoying or distractive person, it is more rude form of language.
For example you can call a person "pridurok" - fool, "kretin" - moron - it is more formal.
But if you want to really annoy or show extreme disrespect to somebody then you call him "uebok".
