Omggg, something similar happened to me. This guy came up to me as soon as I loaded in and he said " I really like your house " I was like " Oh, thank you! " and then he said " Can I have a tour please? " and I agreed because this happens quite often and I am generally fine with it. He asked if I could rebuild it for him, I kindly denied and said something along the lines of "Sorry, no. I don't like rebuilding houses, whether it is my own or from a video, if you'd like I can build you a new one though." he denied, thanked me for the tour, and walked outside. I watched the sidewalk outside assuming he'd walk back ( I usually watch the sidewalk when someone leaves so ik they're on their way and have nothing else to say and/or ask. ) I didn't see him walking back to a plot. I saw him turn the corner of my fence. I assumed he was just my neighbor and thought it was a shortcut to the entrance of his house so I left it at that, I had a bad feeling so I walked outside and I saw him slowly moving around my house and stopping every bit. I soon realized he was taking measurements and first said " Please stop taking measurements! It's rude of you, I built this house on my own to be unique and I did NOT give you consent to copy it!! " he said " But I love your house " and continued, I wasn't thinking straight so I didn't leave the server but instead kept trying to ask him kindly to *s t o p* he refused. So I blocked him, he said " Wait, please. I love your house a lot" I said
"No, you are trying to copy it and I did not give you consent to do so, there are some great builds on RUclips, please go make one of those if you're not confident in yourself when it comes to building. " He continued to walk around and left a bit after, I assumed he had the measurements and I got a bit upset, he went back to his plot and I followed soon after to see if he really was copying it or if he was just trolling, low&behold, I saw him slowly rebuilding my house onto his plot. I kept asking him to stop and he didn't respond so I left a bit after, to anyone reading this, don't copy random people's houses. That's what RUclips build tutorials are for!! It's rude, and if we build our own house we are generally trying to be original, practice building and or build in our own personal style, copying a house from someone who denied consent for you to do so is VERY rude, ignorant, and should NOT be done! If you don't like how your own builds turn out, RUclips has MANY videos with great tips, tricks & building hacks, and if you don't want to make your own original house, RUclips also has SO MANY wonderful builders. Also, if someone asks you to delete it, please do.
