AAA may not be good for companies dealing with serious pain points when it comes to fundamental parts of their business, but it can be helpful for companies who are dealing with overwhelm or are looking to get more done/save time
This video is just awful logic lmao, if you believe systems and processes are not a fundamental part of a service based business it just shows how little you know, not all agencies are broke, some are doing great and need to increase efficiency
@@IDC45 That is not what he is is saying, he is saying that in order to improve on a process you need to be intimate with its business logic, so in order to succeed an automation you need to be able at the same time, through change management for instance, to iron the creases that are a pain. In other words a AAA needs to have a Management Consulting component, so if you can improvise an automation with the right tool, you can't improvise Management consultancy, I think that is the take home point.
I get your point but one thing I can say is that AAA services do not apply for every scenario. It really depends on the company's client flow and by that, I mean that if they are seeking to solve low sales flow with automation they're pretty much digging their own grave. AAA services are for companies who already have a lot of customers but cannot deal with all the processes whether it is because they do not have enough personnel or hiring more people is not something viable. Bottomline is, AAA services are not low-sales problem solvers, they are more like ''I can't deal with all these tasks because I have a lot of customers'' kinda situation. All in all AAA services are not for everyone. every type of company problem has different solutions and trying to solve everything with AI is not the solution to everything.
I've worked in Technology consulting for 10 years. These are 2 different models. You choose which clients to work with. With AAA you work with businesses that are SUCCESSFUL, and want efficiency to grow. You aren't there to fix processes that are broken. Also, like any business you should always look through a company's current process to understand if your solution can help or not. DO NOT LET THIS VIDEO DISCOURAGE YOU. Its simple, talk to customers to figure out their process and if you can help them. If you can't then that's fine. This guy has his opinion but gave no real reason why you shouldn't start an AAA. His points were aligned with why you should understand your own ideal client and listen to the customers needs. The one caveat is that he may be right about this not being for beginners. Discovery is the skill you really need as an agency owner. You don't plug solutions where they belong, the value comes from understanding a customers pain points and then finding the right solution.

Interesting point of view. Conclusion; if you are running an automatization agency, try to work with clients who are already successful, so your automatizations have a tangible impact on their costs and times.
I think you could boil down this whole video to "dont take on shit clients", which is true for any business and is something every beginner should avoid.
Cool perspective. I’m stuck on the revenue your client is bringing in. Your client is making on average ~35k/mth between two clients. I see no issue with this if they’re big companies but are they? Since you were vague, how is your client providing ongoing value once the niche has been identified? At their clients just everlasting grateful so they continue to pay c suite salaries to your client?
He's providing ongoing value by generating them revenue through cold email. 1. Identify market 2. Position offer 3. Communicate offer to market with cold email 4. Companies get interested about your clients offer 5. Book them in for a sales call 6. Your client closes them and makes $$$ 7. You get paid based on performance

I'm so sick about gurus. People don't get it. Why youtubers will use their precious time to make video about business if they not running their own damn business. If you don't get that all of them a gurus, with "free knowledge" bullshit, well you are clearly not ready to make money & be an entrepreneur. Today it's gonna be do a AAA. Tomorrow it's gonna be, no do a LGA, SMMA, or those type of bullshit agencies that don't make any money. I'm currently living in DUBAI with a ROI of over 3M, and I can't guarantee that to achieve that, it's not by watching youtube, buying courses, or following someone to inspire you. It's completely horseshit. Wanna know a good advice if you want to build an agency or a firm or something like that - JUST CHOOSE A SERVICE & SELL IT. Simple as that. Services: ADS, OFM, MEDIA MANAGEMENT, CONTENT CREATION, ETC. CLIENTS: Take a niche like a sector in the field of your business & just call them or text them or put a suit on and go their shop. THAT'S IT. Im sick of those gurus trynna find NEW solutions to problems with software, big ass plan who doesn't work because they think they are CEO at the age of 25 years old. Like please, just focusing on the simple thing and you'll get there. THX.
AI is not all about chat bots
I'm well aware of this fact.
this needs timestamps sir
1- seems like jealousy cause u can't or don't have time to hop on the train
2- everything stated in the video is presumptuous as fuck and yes, at this point in time AI can definitely Help solve a lot of the 'fundamental problems' you talk about
We use AI a lot with our clients so I think you missed the point a bit 😂
Just generally imo it isn't a good idea for beginners to deliver "optimizing" services
Tell me you don't have a clue without telling me you don't have a clue.
You succeeded well!
Ughh.. the amount of naive presumptiveness is so cringe
Unironically saying ”Ughh” is worse 😭🤪
Interesting point of view. Conclusion; if you are running an automatization agency, try to work with clients who are already successful, so your automatizations have a tangible impact on their costs and times.
Yes
I think you could boil down this whole video to "dont take on shit clients", which is true for any business and is something every beginner should avoid.
😵💫
what rock do all these "guru" youtubers crawl out from under
You talk too much to say too little
Cool perspective.
1. Identify market
2. Position offer
3. Communicate offer to market with cold email
4. Companies get interested about your clients offer
5. Book them in for a sales call
6. Your client closes them and makes $$$
7. You get paid based on performance
I am 100% certain that you never worked at a marketing agency lol.
yikes
Much respect 🇰🇪🇰🇪🇰🇪🇰🇪

Bro not to be a hater, but the way you communicate comes off in an arrogant, annoying way. Which makes it hard for most viewers to take in the things you are saying, and trust your words.
Thanks for feedback! Might not resonate with everyone 🤝
Nice ad

Oh look another content creator acting like he has authority in an industry he has no experience in who would have thought.
+200 clients & a few years in the industry 😭
@@leevieerola Sorry champ I have trouble believing statements like that when your website looks like yours 😩
@@leevieerola Like I said, just another content creator.
@@CVE42287 How a website looks doesn't translate to how much you can make. That's one of the dumbest things I've heard in my life.
