    AAA may not be good for companies dealing with serious pain points when it comes to fundamental parts of their business, but it can be helpful for companies who are dealing with overwhelm or are looking to get more done/save time

      @@IDC45 That is not what he is is saying, he is saying that in order to improve on a process you need to be intimate with its business logic, so in order to succeed an automation you need to be able at the same time, through change management for instance, to iron the creases that are a pain.
      In other words a AAA needs to have a Management Consulting component, so if you can improvise an automation with the right tool, you can't improvise Management consultancy, I think that is the take home point.

  • @hyp3rn0va

    I get your point but one thing I can say is that AAA services do not apply for every scenario. It really depends on the company's client flow and by that, I mean that if they are seeking to solve low sales flow with automation they're pretty much digging their own grave. AAA services are for companies who already have a lot of customers but cannot deal with all the processes whether it is because they do not have enough personnel or hiring more people is not something viable. Bottomline is, AAA services are not low-sales problem solvers, they are more like ''I can't deal with all these tasks because I have a lot of customers'' kinda situation. All in all AAA services are not for everyone. every type of company problem has different solutions and trying to solve everything with AI is not the solution to everything.

  • @brandonthemanifestor
    @brandonthemanifestor Год назад +14

    I've worked in Technology consulting for 10 years. These are 2 different models. You choose which clients to work with. With AAA you work with businesses that are SUCCESSFUL, and want efficiency to grow. You aren't there to fix processes that are broken. Also, like any business you should always look through a company's current process to understand if your solution can help or not.
    DO NOT LET THIS VIDEO DISCOURAGE YOU. Its simple, talk to customers to figure out their process and if you can help them. If you can't then that's fine. This guy has his opinion but gave no real reason why you shouldn't start an AAA. His points were aligned with why you should understand your own ideal client and listen to the customers needs.
    The one caveat is that he may be right about this not being for beginners. Discovery is the skill you really need as an agency owner. You don't plug solutions where they belong, the value comes from understanding a customers pain points and then finding the right solution.

    Why? Because these technologies are BRAND NEW.
    Everyone is a beginner, any that says otherwise is doing it to create an image.

So what you are saying doesn't make any sense. Although I understand that, you are trying to convince people to join your course.

    I believe AIAA AAA SMMA LGA etc. all has some kind of roles and its connected to each other. Whoever wants to start on some of them needs to check the demand and supply on market. For smma, there is tons of companies already so hard to stay on race but others are very rare. If you are good at anyone of them and believe your service will sell itself. Lots of work needs to be done, thats the only way to reach success..

    Make Sense nice presentation but the base idea that AIAA does not take into consideration the business process is fundamentally flawed. Could be the business owners that you are pertaining here are noob that don't even know their own process and a scammer AIAA came in to suggest different approach to fasten their processes without hitting their pain points. When you ended the presentation with the process improvement strategy is makes the idea even more worse, as It's a no brainer for a business owner will do RCA for their process to better understand why there are a lot of lapses in their system that causing them to lose hundreds of dollars or even onboard new clients.. But one thing is clear in your presentation, that AIAA really works for automating processes and giving value to business by saving them more time to focus on what matters the most for their business.

    hahaha your framing an AAA in such a negative light to promote your LGA business. Honestly not a bad idea to trigger people and get views. This video is framing an AAA business as if its meant to get businesses more leads. That might happen, but its real purpose is to get rid of meaningless repetitive tasks that admins and others are doing. Reducing costs by reducing their hours, getting rid of them completely, and creating time to work on other things.
    Also your acting like it would really take months to figure out a businesses processes... it would take a day to a week max to figure out what repetition can be automated.

    Hey Leevi, great video! I would also ad another reason which is lack of subject matter expertise. A lot of people wanting to take part without having an understanding of the nuance/risk behind the technologies. I’m still a big believer in AI automation (I work in data science) but I am positioning myself more as a consultancy where I can really understand the business process and if they need a specific automation. Another thing I would add is that AI is not limited to the use cases you showed (customer facing). You could also have chatbots as internal tools/resource for a business. The LGA is a really interesting concept, would you offer automation and social media marketing as added “options” for your clients ?

      I say that with all love and respect. Research the greats, often times they have no actual knowledge or expertise in the field, they simply THINK BIG and DECIDE to get it done and keep moving forward like a heat-seeking missile. Learning what they need to learn, reaching out to whomever they need to reach, and otherwise FIGURING it out by THINKING it out.
      "Not enough experience, knowledge, connections, resources, or money" - these are excuses made by people that don't DECIDE to get it done.
