Ive just started using sound therapy to heal from brain damage cause by EST. I was treated with that as a teenager, and I am 70 now. Theta waves and the sound lightning strikes have really helped me. I have suffered my entire life because of electroshock therapy administered over a long period of time on my young brain. Ty for these wonderful sounds

I do find thunder and lightning are my favorites for sleeping. As a kid, we were told to count 1 Mississippi...2 Mississippi. Etc. when the lightning flashed. Equals 1 mile away.

Just like we have here in Puerto Rico. I just simply love it. I have Boze Speakers and an Amplifier that shakes my house when I listen to this video. I put the speakers in my basement and the whole house vibrates. I live on a farm and don't have any neighbors so I can blast my speakers.

I'm just a rain kinda guy. I just love rain, thunder, and lightning all together with wind. A true storm. Magical. The video is good, though. Still find the thunder and lightning relaxing on its own. Although, I have to admit, when I've been out walking and there's been a thunderstorm and no rain I've found it to be just as magical, if not a little more so, than with rain.Has a completely different feel to it. Most people rush in doors when a thunderstorm hits, even more so when its raining, but I head out to experience its majesty or just spend hours at the window or back door just listening, feeling, smelling.

I grew up with a lot of fears. As I grew up those fears did not leave me. I learned that if I faced them not with an intent to defeat them but with an acceptance that they were truly terrifying that even though I may be lonely in my terror at least I could stay standing in the face of fear. I am sad, lonely and terrified but free. Free enough to live for what is good.

Download an app called Blackr (or anything similar) from Google Play Store and you can turn any video you want into a black screen! I use it every night and love it! And I'm loving this lightning Storm ❤️

Thunderstorms in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia are like this, Lightning strikes literally every second, not a single break in the thunder with most storms
I grew up with a lot of fears. As I grew up those fears did not leave me. I learned that if I faced them not with an intent to defeat them but with an acceptance that they were truly terrifying that even though I may be lonely in my terror at least I could stay standing in the face of fear. I am sad, lonely and terrified but free. Free enough to live for what is good.

I was born during a thunderstorm and there were thunderstorms ⛈️ the entire month before I was born… so that is the most relaxing 😌 for me.. this is the closest I’ve ever found with enough thunder..
