This is so dope man everything about this video and your team as a whole. Whenever I watch you guys sesh it looks like you were all born for this stuff man art in motion. Would definitely be interested in hearing what you guys do for a training split between your obvious parkour technique training but do you guys also do like strict strength building workouts like calisthenics and gymnastics in order to build a foundation?
@@jesusiskingofkingsz thanks I appreciate it I have been doing gymnastics since I was a kid and I've been training calisthenics for a few years but I focus on strength and hypertrophy and I do throw in weight training for legs and any other isolation work I really believe that it can help prevent injuries in crazy extreme sports like that and could possibly even help you become even more advanced. I do remember back in the day when I wasn't training seriously all I did was skate but I felt like even skating could benefit from structured training
