I loved the Don Camillo books! I got them from the library in the 70s on my dad's recommendation. A few weeks ago, I was in a charity shop and found a copy which I'm looking forward to reading soon. I used to have loads of those Penguin Wodehouse books as well. I loved the covers. I think my brother has them now. I have about 15 Folio Society Wodehouse novels, and the Psmith books in the Everyman collection. I really dislike the covers on those, and so I'm never inclined to pick up them up. I do wish the Folio society would start publishing them again.

My mother used to get the Don Camillo novels as they came out so they were part of my childhood. I hope to encounter them again at some time as well as the Penguin Wodehouse paperbacks which do show up from time to time in my local book desert. Some of what I see in Steve's tours fills me with nostalgia for books once possessed and loved and no longer with me.
