请问一下如果我要买的楼係在- Sewer pipe within boundary - the property has been built over a public sewer. Has any damage occured to the sewer? What are the implications of this and what can we do? Could this be a flooding risk in the future?

鬆仔你好!真係凡事都有例外,我剛收樓,個完美的前業主拆走晒啲掛牆嘢後連的窿窿都抆番好晒,鑲喺牆上面部電視機拆走左但唔見晒啲螺絲窿,零瑕疵,我原本希望可以用番啲舊螺絲窿安裝我部電視機,依家要另學方法安裝了😢

其中一份文件就係發現原來1999年同政府簽左嘢如果達地係有礦物質喺地下入邊係容許政府入屋進行工程….
