      DigiRIP software is not Mac compatible. The program requires Windows operating system

    So I dont use Cadlink?? Cause my instructions manual said to download it & put an activation code😅

      Hello, DigiRIP is powered by CADlink so depending on your generation of printer we are to follow the instructions provided. All profiles and features are available in both versions

    The trial is over for me and I'm having trouble in where to enter my activation code since the program keeps closing down on me. How do I fix this???

    I got a new computer and trying to get it on the new one and it won’t let me. Please help.

      Hello, we must perform the following steps:
      1. document your activation code
      2. deactivate product (under help)
      3. install digirip on new computer
      4. provide old activation code
      DigiRIP license allows for one computer at a time, hope this clears things up!

      Hello, sorry to hear you have been running into issues. Have you been able to join any of the 2 live weekly training sessions on the equipment to get this sorted out?
