I am working on a G+4 building after analysis and design in etabs i have export my file to SAFE for footing design and in that case i am also designing a combine footing my SBC is 180 kn/m2 and settlement is 25 mm ...in terms of sbc i am getting more than 180 kn/m2 ...what should i do

I am using safe v20 and i am facing problems when designing footing from loads exported from etabs. the displacement/settlement values are weird, they come with an exponent of 17 or 18 which is very large value, also the bearing capacity values for the combined footings come positive values and not negative values, what can be the problem here? i did assign the sbc values to the footings though.
