Oof, so sorry about your sleep! I absolutely relate; I started seeing a sleep specialist this year because I woke up exhausted just like you! But fortunately I didn't need any tests done; I use a fit bracelet and the doc saw my REM/Deep/Light sleep ratio... She told me to quit my job. I did, and my sleep is now super normal. Anyway, hope you get your sleep quality up asap! Also congrats on such a wonderful shop update!!! Glad you're thriving!!!
