Here is a couple units for new players to get: Guts, Griffith end game units, Goku and Majin Vegeta also end game units. Your early game units you want are Itachi and Golden Frieza, both can be evolved easily now as right before shutdown req to evo them were cut by a lot and are very good units, both are very strong. Sasuke(EMS) is very good, if you get him don't worry about Itachi, Naruto is really good ground, for hybd units I would go for progressive hybds, Meliodas is good but Ussop is lategame and progressive. Always try to get Law and Luffy, both are really good to help.
