@@LogicbyDesign I haven't played Witcher 3 but I did play GoW. I'd take bloodborne over GoW. Better boss fights and sense of exploration, enemy variety. Even story even if it isn't told through cutscenes, I prefer the way it's presented in bloodborne because it involves the player in figuring things out.
As someone who does waste of skin blv 4 runs, Max is pretty ballsy to take on the optional ones. I usually skip the cleric beast and the other optional bosses except paarl. So I will say Max is a way better Hoonter than me.

Crazy thing is we're not even to the hard part yet. The nightmare areas are gonna be a bitch at lvl 4, not to mention fighting Ebriatas the hentai queen. Then of course there's the DLC if Max is going through that in this run, don't even wanna think about fighting Ludwig and Orphan at lvl 4.
@@fumetsu9938 Not so sure I'd agree with that when you think about the chalice dungeons. Defiled chalice in particular was a pain to go through when I went platinum trophy hunting for Bloodborne.

Through all my playthroughs of Bloodborne, as well as watching a few people play it, I've never seen anyone blasted off and killed into Rom's boss arena before.
Oh trust me, he's in there. The funny thing was that another boss beat his arse on a whole new different level that he wasn't prepared for, even more than Kos. But believe me, Kos was DEFINETLY a problem.
The most hilarious part of this is that After Elden Ring this ALL makes sense now and I'm probably going to do Bloodborne afterwards just to experience this..

Cleric beast is laughably easy if you stay at the back and have some decent armor and weapons. Along with a high enough level. If you take it out early on in a first playthrough you can access the locked off gate in the church with the Hunter badge you get from him.
Due to camera imagery i am now picturing the doll telling the hunter that the hunter cannot have sushi. I am okay with this as it is a fitting punishment for how the hunters dealt with the last fishing village they were at.
Seriously....once I realized he was already dying in great fashion to a non-mandatory boss...on a Story Boss run...yeah...I knew this would be the tits.

Yeah there is a box you can break to skip him and go straight to Papa Gas Coin, well the first shortcut.
