The interviewers are generally nice ..if u don't know something they won't make u feel bad

I know all the answers but I can understand the pressure and the psychological imbalance an aspirant feels at the time of real interview.....
Your approach in interviews matter, if you don’t know much about banking not a problem. Because commerce graduates or mba also sometimes fail to give answers in interviews.
Her expression n smile give her advantage in interview she need to work banking awareness..
I think using "you know" to the interviewer is inappropriate, since they already know. But that's habitual and it can be corrected.

Soft skills is best part of her ..
And i think 70-80% marks scored in a po interview is considered decent .. and she will qualify it ..
