You said that electron free from nucleus while giving energy and rebind at their position while taking off his energy but my question here is that when electron get removed from nucleus then why atoms of nobal gases not interact with each other why they wait for their electron to make nobal gas stable?

Sir, interference is only seen in same frequency waves. So how can we say interference in this scenario, where one wave is of UV frequency and another of visible frequency.
As you said that both waves are of different frequency. And also the diagram 14:46 you used is of beats.
