Apparently the VA for the farseer is Nicole Oliver!

Nicole Oliver is the voice actor of the Farseer in Dawn of War 1, not Dawn of War 2.
Dawn of War 2's voice actor is Christine Dunford (source: "Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War II - Voice Actors" video on RUclips).
