Bro you need to try making some Pop Punk instrumentals Mixed with Post-Hardcore and Emo. I have a feeling you could do it without making it sound boring and generic like all the other instrumentals available out there on RUclips.
This is easily one of the most fun production cook up videos I’ve seen from you, it’s hype, it’s pretty organic, and your energy is radiating off you bro
wyatt is by far one of my favorite guitarists of the 2020's. His work with Brakence and Aries for the hyperpop/math rock scene is unrivaled. Glad ed finally discovered the genre
This gives me crazy anime intro vibes! I can just picture a hand closing into a fist, a closeup on an eye opening, a character with their eyes closed and head facing down raises their head and opens their eyes, looking up at a light source somewhere above them, and running. Lots of running.
It's sort of like reinserting the video into the algorithm as if it was a new video. People that haven't watched it may be more interested now, others may think it's a new different video. RUclipsrs usually do this when a video is not performing well.
posted my demo on this, I just want to hear your feedback I dont even care to be the best, my guitar journey is coming along. I've learned a few songs and I can now strum well, pick some minor pen scales and know basic chord shapes etc. Its really fun tbh once you get a hang of it
I honestly really enjoy watching these videos where you try making music from genres you're new to! I feel like this is such an under-utilized way of learning new things about music that you can try applying to genres you focus your time on. :)
Loved seeing the process of you making this song! The entries from the jan 28th deadline are still good to right? Or should I post it to insta with hashtags?
you're really good at math rock :) but i still don't understand how you can look good, smile and speak loud and clearly while working on a song and its video until 8am. i mean come on. that is pretty much impossible :D
Wyatt is the GOAT! He plays guitar live for this artist called brakence, if u haven’t heard any of his music I would HIGHLY recommend. It’s a mix of math rock, emo and electronic music, great vid as always!
Guysss i need help to find a song It was a man spinning a basketball in his finger for a long time at the beginning of the video, it was a very known song when it come out I watch it years ago and can't remember
The bending in the B section that became the A section is a bit weak. You should either work on bending the note stronger so it's not ending in a semi tone or just don't bend at all. Theres def still room for a bridge but for your first attempt at math rock and playing all the instruments yourself this is impressive af imo.

thank you so much!
what brand of drums is this?
as a math rock fanatic, i am so proud of you - no math rock experience and you make that?!?!?!
You make it look so easy to make this. Btw this is the first guy that uses a math rock plugin for his guitar (Archetype Tim Henson)
Props on the guitar work, Ed. This is the first time I have seen you do anything with the guitar. I had no clue you could play. Congrats!
Slowly trying to get better at it haha
2:05 ahhh this has such a purple rain vibe to it and i love it!!
Your using my bud Tim’s amp sounds from Polyphia awesome!

Hell yeah, recognition to Wyatt. I found him through Brakence music
somehow Ed can make any genre and make it sound awesome!
This gives me crazy anime intro vibes! I can just picture a hand closing into a fist, a closeup on an eye opening, a character with their eyes closed and head facing down raises their head and opens their eyes, looking up at a light source somewhere above them, and running. Lots of running.
It sounds like Title Fight
love the new cutting style! its way calmer and more fun to watch
6:49 BEST PART
would love to see you try and do some heavy metal guitar stuff, sorta like Mick Gordon's DOOM Soundtracks!
Why do the title and the thumbnail of the video keep changing every time?
It's sort of like reinserting the video into the algorithm as if it was a new video. People that haven't watched it may be more interested now, others may think it's a new different video. RUclipsrs usually do this when a video is not performing well.
math rock might just be my fav music genre and ive never heard of it until this vid
EdTalenti Finally Doing Math Rock And Midwest Emo?!?!? Insane Video

Anime type intro catJAM. The beats so good!
3 months later: bro, where is the vocals?
Love to see Wyatt otis finally getting the attention he deserves
I'm learning to play the guitar so I can make the sickest beats since I don't play any real instruments

Aries would kill this beat for sure!!!

"I'm not good enough for math rock vocals", said nobody ever
Brooo you are too good when it comes to production.... Just love your process of production...Keep it up.
When Ed realize Rock music is the best, and when he makes a rock song, it automatically outscores all his others betas
I really love the direction you're taking your channel and your music
Thank you so much Magnus!

I think that the drums don't hit enough maybe try some unmuted ones they would fit the overall groove in my opinion.

This is such an insane beat, and the style of this video is extremely engaging!

This comes together so well. Fun video dude!!!! ❤

Midwest emo/Math rock? U did it ed 🔥
great song!!!!!!!

Could be cool if you double tracked the guitars (hard pan L and R) I know you know that already.
Davie would be so disappointed that you forgot the bass, you must make it slap 👋 9:14
It would be cool
If you did another challenge video trying to make different genres, like dubstep, bass music, dnb, etc.
Somebody tell this man about Tim Henson
he's the goat!
aweoseme
We need ed talenti to start a rock band by himself
Please listen to Algernon Cadwallader, best band in this genre so far 🔥🔥
Tim Henson big brother
Talenti is really good but Tim Henson is his big brother when it comes to guitar😂
Dude is an absolutely incredible musician, it's insane
0:19 bro that’s the sample that dingussauce used
